Selecting a company

Select your company

Choose which ERPNext company Onzli reads figures for.

After the connection works, the second step of the wizard asks which ERPNext company to use. You never type a company name: Onzli lists the companies your key can see.

Choose

  1. Choose Show my companies.
  2. If the list is long, use the search box.
  3. Select your company. Its country and currency are shown alongside it.
  4. Enter your authenticator code and choose Use this company.

Onzli then checks that company's VAT setup automatically.

Change it later

Under Settings, Connections, choose Change connection, then Change company. Changing the company changes which records future calculations read. Returns that have already been calculated keep the figures they were calculated with.

If your company is missing

The list shows only companies your read-only user is allowed to see. Check the role you gave that user in ERPNext. See Connect ERPNext.
