Getting started and onboarding
Create an account and sign in
How a new person gets in, sets a password and activates two-step verification.

- Sign up. Where the service has opened sign-up, choose Create a business account on the sign-in page and give your business name, your name and your email address. If the service uses a bot check, complete it first.
- Invitation. Where sign-up is closed, access is by invitation only. An administrator of a business invites you by email.
In both cases you receive an email with a link to finish setting up. The link works once and expires after 24 hours. If it has expired or does not work, ask for a new one.
Finish setting up
- Choose a password of at least 12 characters.
- Add an authenticator. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, or enter the secret by hand, then type the 6-digit code the app shows.
- Save your recovery codes. Ten single-use codes are shown once. Keep them somewhere safe: they are the way back in if you lose your authenticator.
Signing in
Enter your email and password, then the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. If you cannot reach your authenticator, choose Use a recovery code instead.
If you belong to more than one business
After signing in you can choose which business to work in, and switch later from the menu under your name. See Inviting people.
